Mouser Electronics announced on the 3rd that it has published an e-book in collaboration with Amphenol focusing on the technical challenges of developing IIoT applications and solutions. In 'Enabling the Industrial IoT Revolution,' experts from Mouser and Amphenol provide insights into industrial data centers, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, indoor air quality systems, smart manufacturing, intelligent automation, construction, and mining.

The e-book provides six in-depth IIoT articles. Infographics and extensive graphic resources are provided, showing Amphenol RF's interconnection solutions suitable for smart construction and mining. The infographic shows a product that enables wireless connectivity in harsh environments and supports IP-rated water resistance and rugged RF connectors.

Amphenol’s power solutions, such as RADSOK® Power-to-Board connectors, offer various options for single-point connections with up to 200A current in a narrow footprint, increasing heat dissipation at pin-socket interfaces that lower temperature rise and reduce potential errors.

It also provides IIoT solutions such as the Amphenol ICC Minitek MicroSpace™ crimp-wire connector system, which supports industrial applications including robots, automated guided vehicles, navigation systems, industrial cameras, factory lighting, and HVAC. Amphenol MCP PCB antennas feature an omnidirectional radiation pattern in the 410 MHz to 5.85 GHz band, making them suitable for machine-to-machine communication, smart lighting, and smart meters.

The Amphenol i2s Indoor Temperature Control Pressure Transmitter (CCT) sensor is designed to measure the pressure of many fluids, including refrigerants, process fluids, and circulating water fluid systems. Featuring a stainless steel measuring element within an aluminum case, this hermetic sensor is designed to provide reliable long-term performance in various industrial and Heating, Ventilation, Cooling, and Refrigeration (HVACR) applications.
