Wonik Materials participated in SEMICON Korea and showcased its specialty gases and precursor technologies for semiconductors, targeting the advanced semiconductor materials market.

Wonik Materials participated in SEMICON Korea 2022, held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul from the 9th to the 11th.

At this exhibition, Wonik Materials introduced its line of specialty gases and precursor products.

The main items introduced were special gas items such as N2O, NH3, F2 mix, C4F8, Xe, CO2, Si2H6, GeH4 Mix, and CH2F2 for semiconductors and displays.

Additionally, the company introduced High K precursors, Si ALD/CVD precursors, and Metal ALD/CVD precursor lines as precursors.

Wonik Materials' semiconductor and display materials are supplied to cutting-edge semiconductor lines both domestically and internationally, and their quality is recognized.

Wonik Materials is expected to post record-breaking performance in 2021, driven by increased demand for materials from semiconductor and display customers. It is also projected that 2022 will see even higher performance than 2021, driven by a boom in the upstream industries.
