Analog Devices is partnering with Gridspertise to strengthen smart grid resilience and electrification worldwide.


ADI announced on the 29th that it is collaborating with Gridspertise, a new subsidiary of Enel Group that provides advanced digital solutions to distribution system operators (DSOs), to enhance the resilience and quality of smart grids worldwide.

This collaboration between the two companies focuses on the development of new hardware and software that enables the distribution network to self-heal and adapt to significant changes in energy supply and demand when renewable energy sources are connected to the smart grid.

This collaboration is based on the long-term cooperation between ADI and Enel Group over the past 15 years in the development of smart meters and grid digitalization solutions.

Currently, ADI is collaborating with Gridspertise to provide more precise and accurate measurement and monitoring performance through real-time data.

Patrick Morgan, Vice President and Head of Vehicle Electrification and Sustainable Energy at Analog Devices, stated, “ADI technology is being utilized across the entire electrification ecosystem, from vehicles to energy storage devices and even charging stations.
