SUSE Strengthens Enterprise Security with Open-Source Cloud-Native Solutions

SUSE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (hereinafter referred to as SUSE, Korea Branch Manager Choi Geun-hong), an enterprise-grade open source solutions company, has unveiled a comprehensive infrastructure security stack for business innovation, leading the way in a secure software supply chain.At SUSECON Digital 2022, held from the 7th to the 9th, SUSE unveiled SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 Service Pack 4 (SLE 15 SP4), a security stack based on Linux code that emphasizes the company's commitment to building the most secure enterprise environment by leveraging the power of open source innovation.
This product adds SLSA 4 compliance to existing security certifications and strengthens data security in the cloud with confidential computing.
We've also partnered with NVIDIA to deliver maximum performance and availability for cloud-native and edge environments, and to simplify management of hybrid Linux clients by providing centralized reporting, management, and monitoring from a single console, including in resource-constrained environments.
Design and enterprise container management (ECM) capabilities for SAP service management are provided here.
SUSE estimates that around 75 billion devices will be online by 2025. SUSE addresses the needs of enterprises deploying at the edge with new advancements to SUSE Edge, a 100% open source solution leveraging K3, SLE Micro, and other storage and container security elements purpose-built for demanding edge environments.
Meanwhile, SUSECON Digital 2022, hosted by SUSE, will begin with keynote speeches by SUSE CEO Melissa Di Donato, General Manager of Business Critical Linux Marcus Noga, General Manager of ECM Greg Muscarella, and General Manager of Edge Keith Basile.
