With the release of Mir's new Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) software, which enables faster mission execution, tight integration with other systems, and enhanced cybersecurity, rapid mission performance and robust security for autonomous mobile robots are anticipated.

Mir announced on the 16th that it has recently established a new software foundation capable of realizing scalable autonomous mobile robots.

The first phase of the new software focused on a faster and more intuitive user interface to enable customers to perform the following functions more quickly, and it is available for both individual robots and entire robot families.

The ability to quickly plan and review navigation paths around obstacles through optimized responses to all moving objects in the vicinity, such as other robots, forklifts, or workers; efficient navigation and seamless transitions between different floors or production halls in large-scale facilities; and the ability to navigate efficiently while avoiding bottlenecks are essential for AMR performance, and these new features ensure optimal throughput for the Mir robot.

It also comes with a completely redesigned user interface to improve overall usability.

This UI, with its different user levels, can be easily configured on desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets, allowing operators to access different dashboards or call robots with a single click.
