Vertiv, a company specializing in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has appointed a new Chief Human Resources Officer, supporting Vertiv's mission to keep the world's critical digital infrastructure connected.

Vertiv announced on the 2nd that it has appointed Cheryl Lim as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

He will report directly to CEO Rob Johnson, support Vertiv's business objectives, and lead the development and execution of its human resources strategy.

With over 20 years of experience in HR, CHRO Lim supports organizational transformation and provides data-driven insights for global HR operations in the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining Vertiv, he held various HR leadership positions at Honeywell for over 20 years, most recently as Vice President of HR at ITT Inc.

Lim holds a joint Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Business Administration from the University of Leeds, England, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
