MORAI SIM Air Unveiled at Commercial UAV Expo
Validating Aircraft System Safety in Virtual Environment

Morai Inc., a company specializing in autonomous driving simulation, is launching a new simulation platform dedicated to aircraft such as UAM and UAV, strengthening its business scope in the aviation sector.

From September 6 to 8, Morai will showcase MORAI SIM Air, its latest aircraft-dedicated simulation solution, at the Commercial UAV Expo, the world's largest commercial unmanned aircraft exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA.

UAM is drawing attention as a next-generation aviation mobility that can address issues such as growing urban population and traffic congestion, but compared to automobiles, greater property damage and loss of life can occur in the event of crashes and accidents, making a safe and stable operating environment essential.

MORAI SIM Air is a simulation solution for next-generation aerial mobility such as UAM and drones that validates the system safety of aircraft in a virtual environment that mirrors reality.

It enables verification of aircraft safety by reproducing various flight environments that can occur in urban areas during UAM operations through simulation, allowing advance prevention and preparation for dangerous situations.

In particular, the future urban environment will require increasingly sophisticated traffic management and control systems.

MORAI SIM Air virtually implements actual aviation facilities, enabling scenario testing with UTM and ATM (Air Traffic Management) in the simulation environment.

Through MORAI SIM Air, aircraft manufacturers such as those producing UAM and unmanned aerial vehicles can safely and cost-effectively test and verify various scenarios.
