Samsung Electronics to host Samsung Developer Conference on October 12th

An event was held where Samsung Electronics' executives in charge of each field presented on platforms, services, and future technologies.
Samsung Electronics announced that it will hold the Samsung Developer Conference 2022 on October 12 (US time).
SDC is a developer festival that was first held in 2013, and this year, for the first time ever, it will be held in a hybrid format simultaneously at the Moscone Center in San Francisco and online.
At this event, Samsung Electronics will introduce its evolved SmartThings platform and share its plans to collaborate with developers to deliver next-generation connected experiences, as well as related software, services, and platform updates.
This year's SDC will open with a keynote speech by Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Jong-hee Han. Vice Chairman Han plans to present Samsung Electronics' vision of providing a smarter user experience through intuitive and organic connections between various devices.
In addition, Samsung Electronics executives in charge of each field, such as △Common Platform for All Companies (Senior Managing Director Jae-yeon Jeong, General Manager Mark Benson), △Tizen TV Ecosystem (Vice President Yong-jae Kim), △Galaxy Customer Experience Innovation (Senior Managing Director Hye-sun Jeong), and △Future Response Technology (Director Hyun-jun Seung), will participate as speakers and introduce related strategies.
This year's SDC is a hybrid format, consisting of various programs conducted both online and offline for both in-person and remote participants.
First, technical sessions will be held both offline and online, covering Samsung's latest platforms such as One UI 5, SmartThings and Matter, Bixby, Tizen, and Samsung Wallet, as well as the ecosystem of Samsung's partners.
Additionally, Tech Square, located within the Moscone Center, the event venue, will offer in-person attendees the opportunity to experience a variety of everyday scenarios implemented with SmartThings, as well as a networking space to foster interaction among developers. Online attendees can get hands-on experience coding through a website called "Code Lab."

The key to spreading AI agents in the financial sector is establishing a trustworthy data system. KB Kookmin Bank is operating over 100 AI agents by 2025 and is promoting expansion to 300.
