Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH, a leading solution provider in industrial communications and automation, has strengthened its technical expertise within the management team by appointing Thomas Rauch as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Hilscher announced on the 14th that it recently appointed Tomas Rauch as its new CTO.

Rauch is primarily responsible for hardware, chips, software, and cloud, and as a professional technical engineer, he will also support industrial communications specialists in Hattersheim, Germany, where Hilscher's headquarters are located, to implement its own strategy for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

Rauch, the new 41-year-old CTO with experience in both operations and strategy, has over 10 years of experience in software engineering technology as well as managing and establishing agile engineering teams, and is also an advisor to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Most recently, he worked as a software product value stream manager at FNT GmbH in Elwangen/Jagst, Germany.
