LG CNS aims to secure leadership in the domestic enterprise AI market.
Expanding new AM businesses by adding AM capabilities to Google Cloud's AI technology.

LG CNS is solidifying its position as a leading DX company in Korea through strategic DX collaboration with Google Cloud, becoming the first domestic company to do so.

LG CNS CEO Kam Young-seop and Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian signed a business agreement for DX, the 'DTP (Digital Transformation Partnership),' at Google Cloud headquarters in the United States.

Based on this partnership, LG CNS will pursue businesses such as △preempting the domestic enterprise AI market, △cloud AM (Application Modernization), and △TX (Total Experience) innovation.

LG CNS is actively pursuing leadership in the domestic enterprise AI market.

A key initiative is the commercialization of AI technologies targeting manufacturing sites, including supply chain innovation, quality improvement, and operational automation.

To this end, LG CNS is leveraging its AI technology capabilities and Google Cloud's AI and machine learning services.We plan to discover and spread innovative cases in half.

LG CNS has solid AI capabilities based on its four major AI research labs: Language AI LAB, Vision AI LAB, Data AI LAB, and AI Engineering LAB, and is expected to achieve greater synergy through collaboration with Google Cloud.

Last year, the company became the first in Korea to receive Google Cloud's "Machine Learning Specialist" certification, demonstrating its expertise in AI and machine learning.

LG CNS also plans to actively pursue AI-based cloud AM business.

AM is a leading industry trend in building applications optimized for cloud environments.

LG CNS has approximately 500 AM experts and operates two AM specialized organizations: the 'Cloud Native Launch Center' and the 'Cloud Application Build Center.'

LG CNS is expanding its new AM business by adding Google Cloud's AI technology to its AM capabilities.

Additionally, LG CNS is pursuing TX (Total Experience) innovation.

To this end, we are developing a hyper-personalized marketing service that combines LG CNS and Google Cloud's strengths in big data and AI/machine learning.

Hyper-personalized marketing is a concept that goes one step further than personalized marketing. It involves predicting customers' future behavior and situations and providing them with the optimal products and services at the time they need them.

In fact, LG CNS is applying the AI analysis platform 'DAP (Data Analytics & AI Platform) MLDL (Machine Learning Deep Learning)' to the financial sector to build a variety of hyper-personalized financial services. We are securing customer experience innovation cases.

LG CNS has decided to gradually implement and expand Google Workspace, which integrates AI, to innovate the employee experience of corporate clients.

Google Workspace is a cloud-based smart work solution that provides users with an environment where they can work anytime, anywhere, on any device.

With the implementation of Google Workspace, work efficiency is expected to improve through innovation in working methods and organizational culture.

In addition, LG CNS plans to pursue collaboration with Google Cloud on DX technologies such as AI, big data, and edge computing in the smart city and smart factory fields.
