SK Materials (CEO Yong-wook Lee), a materials technology company, announced on the 1st that it will implement the 2023 executive personnel and organizational restructuring for SK Materials and its subsidiaries and newly appointed a total of 7 executives.

SK Materials plans to expand its high-growth new portfolio, including semiconductors, displays, batteries, and CCUS (Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage) businesses, and strengthen its core technology competitiveness through this executive reshuffle and organizational restructuring.

In addition, we focused on strengthening SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) capabilities through continuous expansion of our business portfolio, securing global top-level quality, and expanding communication with stakeholders.
