Mouser announced today that it is now stocking TE Connectivity's Dynamic D8000 plug-in connector product line.

These Dynamic D8000 plug-in connectors feature a 1000VDC rated voltage, 3,000VAC withstand voltage, and high current capacity including 100A per pin.

This high-performance connector supports a wide range of applications, including battery management systems, battery test equipment, factory automation, and robotics.

TE Connectivity's Dynamic D8000 pluggable connectors are available in both two-position wire-to-wire (WTW) and wire-to-board (WTB) modules. These pluggable connectors utilize an audible locking design to ensure secure and reliable locking, and crimping contacts reduce assembly time for device designers.

Boasting a mating and unmating force of 58 N per pin, the Dynamic D8000 plug-in connector features a silver-plated mating surface on a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and high-temperature nylon housing. This rugged connector also provides a contact retention force of more than 98 N within the housing. TE connectors' Dynamic series are all vibration and shock resistant, ensuring a long service life.
