Mouser Supplies Silicon Labs EFR32FG25 Flex Gecko Wireless SoC

Mouser Electronics™, an industry-leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor supplying the widest variety of semiconductors and electronic components, announced on the 12th that it is supplying Silicon Labs’ EFR32FG25 Flex Gecko wireless SoC product.
The EFR32FG25 SoC, equipped with a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M33 core with a maximum operating frequency of 97.5 MHz, supports long-distance connectivity for smart power meters, streetlights, power distribution automation, and industrial applications.
The new SoC features an integrated power amplifier and high throughput, providing stable performance for secure Internet of Things (IoT) device connectivity.
The Silicon Labs EFR32FG25 Flex Gecko wireless SoC, available at Mouser, is an ideal choice for sub-GHz (below 1GHz) Wi-SUN® applications as it is not affected by frequency interference from technologies using the 2.4GHz band.
This SoC includes an integrated PA that supports Wi-SUN multi-rate OFDM, FSK, and OQPSK modulation and provides up to 16dBm sub-GHz TX power.
This high-performance SoC supports up to 1920KB of flash and 512KB of RAM. In addition, this EFR32FG25 Flex Gecko wireless SoC features a powerful set of peripherals with up to 37 general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins.
Silicon Labs' EFR32FG25 Flex Gecko wireless SoC is available with the FG25-PK6012A FG25 RoW Pro kit.
This integrated development toolset includes the BRD4002A mainboard and the EFR32FG25 863–870MHz 16dBm wireless board.
The FG25 RoW Pro Kit features a high-efficiency 868MHz dipole antenna and versatile flat cables, providing designers with everything they need to build new wireless solutions.
