Senstone (CEO Changhoon Yoo), a leader in next-generation authentication security, has obtained international certification for its one-way dynamic authentication security solution, further solidifying its competitiveness in the global authentication security market.

Senstone announced on the 1st that its simple authentication solution 'OTAC Token V1.0', the world's first one-way dynamic authentication technology (OTAC)-based solution, has obtained international Common Criteria (CC) certification.

Senstone, which has already supplied user and device authentication solutions to domestic financial institutions and public institutions as well as overseas government agencies, expects that obtaining this international CC certification will further solidify its competitiveness in the global authentication security market.

CC certification is an international standard of specifications and guidelines designed to evaluate the security of ISO 15408 products. It is widely used as a standard for verifying the security, stability, and reliability of IT products in major countries around the world, including Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

Because it undergoes a very rigorous and objective screening process, it is considered the most credible IT product security certification worldwide, not only in the government and public sectors, but also in the private sector.

'OTAC Token V1.0' is a one-time dynamic unique identification authentication code that authenticates users and devices based on OTAC (One-Time Authentication Code) technology developed by Senstone. It is a one-way dynamic token authentication solution.

Its usability is very high in areas where existing technologies such as PKI/FIDO cannot overcome, such as environments where two-way communication is not possible, environments with poor communication environments or environments where the devices to be authenticated are ultra-light, and IT/OT environments where it is difficult to manually change the password each time while using an ID/password.

Senstone's unique authentication security technology has already been sufficiently verified in various industries both domestically and internationally.

It is being used in the financial, defense, and public sectors that require the most sensitive authentication processes, such as Toss Bank, Kakao Bank, Millipass, and the Indonesia Minting and Security Printing Corporation's Electronic Revenue Stamp Service.
