Infineon Supports Autotalks' TEKTON3 and SECTON3 V2X Reference Designs

Infineon Technologies (hereafter Infineon) and Autotalks (hereafter Autotalks) are collaborating to provide solutions for next-generation V2X communication applications.

Infineon announced today that it is providing automotive-grade HYPERRAM™ 3.0 memory to support Autotalks' TEKTON3 and SECTON3 V2X reference designs.

TEKTON3 is a fully integrated V2X system-on-chip (SoC) specifically designed for driving with connectivity.

Simultaneous dual-radio and full V2X software implementations require external memory to manage modem and application requirements, and HYPERRAM meets the price, density, and performance requirements of external memory.

HYPERRAM 3.0 adopted the x16 HYPERBUS interface, expanding the throughput of the HYPERRAM product line to 800 MBps.

Automotive-certified HYPERRAM 3.0 is the ideal expansion memory solution to meet the processing requirements of TEKTON3.
