Analog Devices (ADI), a global semiconductor leader, has been recognized by JLR, formerly Jaguar Land Rover, for its dedicated contributions to JLR during a period of supply chain challenges.

ADI announced on the 23rd that it had won JLR's annual Supplier Excellence Award.

ADI was named the winner of the Customer Love category, recognizing it as the best supplier demonstrating genuine care for its customers.

“This award recognises ADI’s contribution to the JLR business, particularly in relation to supply chain issues over the past year,” said Barbara Bergmeier, JLR’s senior director of industrial operations. “We value our supplier partnerships and build relationships based not only on performance but also on integrity, honesty and trust. “We thank ADI for their hard work and dedication to our long-term success,” he said.

Now in its seventh year, JLR's 2023 Supplier of the Year Awards recognize the excellence of JLR's global supply chain and its contributions to JLR's business, cost innovation and operational procurement over the past year.

This year's awards were presented in five categories: 'Customer Love', 'Unity', 'Integrity', 'Growth', and 'Impact', which are the core values of JLR's new Creators' Code, and the JLR team selected the suppliers who achieved the best performance in each category as winners.

It recognises the extraordinary work our team has done to mitigate supply chain issues and the positive impact on JLR’s business,” said Shalini Palmer, corporate vice president, EMEA, ADI. “ADI has had a long-standing partnership with JLR and remains focused on advancing JLR’s vision of ‘sustainable modern luxury’.”

ADI has contributed to JLR's long-term success by going above and beyond to secure supply for its most profitable vehicles. ADI has been making significant efforts to mitigate supply chain issues.

“Great business relationships are crucial to our success. Having only recently joined the JLR team, it was a privilege to meet and get to know the award winners better,” said Tobias Moch, Chief Procurement Officer at JLR. “These teams have worked tirelessly to keep our production lines running at our plants during a time of significant disruption to our global supply chain. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at ADI for their hard work during this challenging time.”

The winners were presented with their awards at a ceremony hosted by broadcaster Gabby Logan at The Grove in Hertfordshire, England, on May 31.
