SAP Korea (CEO Shin Eun-young) has again been actively engaged in training cloud-based software talent, following its 2022 efforts.

SAP announced on the 19th that it is recruiting participants for its "Enterprise Cloud-Based Financial Application Developer Training Course." This course provides hands-on, hands-on training, completely free of charge, to those seeking employment in the software industry.

This program is being held for the second time this year, following last year, as part of the educational brand 'SeSAC (Seoul Software Academy)' of the 'Youth Employment Academy' established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency to foster software innovation talent.

Sprout is an educational program designed to nurture and develop software talent by supporting the growth of "sprouts." The first program, launched in 2022, achieved a 100% completion rate and a 96% employment rate.

This course aims to cultivate software talent focused on the practical skills required by businesses. Applications are open to Seoul residents seeking employment in the software industry until August 10th. The course will run from August 28th to January 12th of next year for a total of 40 participants.

This training program provides training in understanding and program development of SAP S/4HANA cloud-based financial business processes through a customized curriculum and a faculty comprised of current consultants. The course will be conducted based on servers and practical environments utilized in actual companies, and upon completion of the course, employment support programs will be provided to help students find employment as financial module operators, developers, and IT consultants.

One graduate of the course said, "Through group projects, I was able to gain practical work experience and build a portfolio that I could use for future job applications. The practical knowledge I gained during the course was incredibly helpful, and the training provided me with the opportunity to pursue employment in a new field."

This program is open to anyone aged 15 or older who is not enrolled in employment insurance and resides in the Seoul area. The program is held at the Geumcheon Campus of the Youth Employment Officers' Academy and is provided entirely free of charge.
