Mouser Electronics, an authorized distributor of electronic components, contributed to helping manufacturers shorten product launch times by supplying more than 30,000 types of electronic components, including the latest new products, in the second quarter of 2023.

Mouser announced on the 7th that it launched a total of over 30,000 new products available for same-day shipping in the second quarter and supplied over 20,000 products in June.

Representative major new products that Mouser began supplying between April and June include the STMicroelectronics STPM801 hot-swap voltage controller, the NXP Semiconductors i.MX 93 evaluation kit (MCIMX93-EVKCM), the Amphenol FCI Minitek MicroSpace high-voltage connector, and the Taoglas MA1290 7-in-1 Raptor III Shark Fin combo antenna.

The STMicroelectronics STPM801 hot-swap voltage controller is an automotive-qualified integrated hot-swap and ideal diode controller for functional safety applications. The STPM801 drives external MOSFETs that replace Schottky diodes, which are primarily used for reverse input protection and output voltage hold-up. In addition, the Ideal Diode Controller circuit provides a power O-ring that switches between the primary and backup batteries, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to safety-critical equipment such as autonomous driving and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).

The NXP Semiconductors i.MX 93 Evaluation Kit (MCIMX93-EVKCM) provides a platform for the comprehensive evaluation of NXP Semiconductors i.MX 93 application processors, including power consumption measurement capabilities on the power rails. This two-board solution consists of a computing module containing the i.MX 93 SoC, LPDDR4, eMMC, QSPI, PMIC, and power monitoring circuitry, and a baseboard that provides the extensive connectivity required for product evaluation.

The Amphenol FCI Minitek MicroSpace high-voltage connector is a compact, rugged, and versatile product. Providing a rated voltage of up to 1,200V and a rated current of 4A, this connector is suitable for high-power applications including automotive navigation, infotainment, and HVAC clusters.

The Taoglas MA1290 7-in-1 Raptor III Shark Fin Combo Antenna combines active multi-band GNSS, 2x 5G/4G cellular MIMO, 2x dual-band Wi-Fi®, and active AM/FM and VHF/UHF/LMR antennas in a small, rugged IP67-rated enclosure. Its compact and integrated design reduces installation time and costs, making it ideal for automotive and commercial truck applications.
