SAP Establishes Mutual Cooperation with Hana Bank

On the 18th, SAP signed a 'strategic business agreement for solution construction and financial business cooperation' with Hana Bank.
Through this business agreement, the two companies plan to establish a cooperative relationship to discover potential growth opportunities and business opportunities, while also implementing and expanding them.
We collaborate with existing and potential clients to explore new business opportunities and play a leading role in strengthening their competitiveness.
In particular, Hana Bank plans to actively utilize the expertise and solutions of both companies by developing a banking application based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
The two companies will cooperate in the following areas: △ introduction of Hana Bank's banking application based on SAP BTP for customers using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP) and transitioning to the cloud; △ service-based global finance business such as Hana Bank's Host-to-Host (H2H) fund management and SAP Taulia for customers seeking overseas expansion and business expansion; and △ supply chain finance business utilizing Hana Bank's trade finance and SAP Ariba network.

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'

Ecolab Expands AI Data Center Cooling Business Through Acquisition of CoolIT
Ecolab has agreed to acquire CoolIT Systems, a liquid cooling company for AI data centers, for approximately $4.75 billion. The transaction is expected to close by Q3 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. CoolIT has been supplying direct-to-chip cooling-based coolant distribution units, cold plates, and manifolds, serving hyperscale data centers and colocation operators as customers. This acquisition is a measure to address the high-heat and high-density server environments created by AI proliferation.
