Stratasys has prepared a forum to present its direction and strategy for manufacturing innovation through 3D printing and additive manufacturing technology.

Stratasys will host the 'Stratasys 3D Printing Forum 2023' at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo Grand Ballroom on October 11th at 10:00 AM.

The purpose is to support the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector for sustainable growth amidst deepening climate change and global supply chain crises, and to introduce successful customer cases of 3D printing across various industries at home and abroad, thereby fostering technological innovation and paradigm shift in the manufacturing sector.

The '3D Printing Forum', now in its 7th year, is an offline event held for the first time in four years since 2019, and this time it will be held under the theme of 'Making Additive Work for You'.

The event will begin with a welcoming address by Stratasys CEO Jongyoon Moon, followed by keynote speeches by Stratasys' global executives.

Christian Alvarez, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), will speak on “Innovation in the Additive Manufacturing Industry,” Yann Raguel, Vice President of Industrial Business, will speak on “Accelerating Additive Manufacturing Technology into Mass Production,” and Zehavit Reisin, Vice President of Consumer Solutions Global Sales and Materials Business, will speak on “Innovation in the Additive Manufacturing Industry.”The Senior Vice President of Nice will present on ‘Flexible and Sustainable Additive Manufacturing’, and Pre-Sales & Application Engineer Dae-Kyung Kim will present on the latest customer case in the Asian region, ‘Trytec’s Pipe & AI Robot Parts Development Case Using FDM & Origin One Technology’.

It will showcase core 3D printing technologies such as FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), PolyJet, P3, SAF, and SLA, along with customer success stories from various industries such as electronics, aerospace, defense, and healthcare. Six speakers, including Park In-baek, Team Leader of AM Solutions at LG Electronics; Jeon Hyeon-hee, Senior Researcher at Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd.; Jang Jin-soo, Officer at the Army Maintenance Depot; Hong Jae-ok, CEO of Gluck Co., Ltd.; Kim Young-shin, Design Team Leader at Silfeed Co., Ltd.; and Lim Seong-han, Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Dankook University, will introduce the strengths of 3D printing technology necessary for innovation and success in the Korean manufacturing industry through application cases of major customers in various industries at home and abroad. Next, Go Yoo-seong, Application Team Leader at Stratasys Korea, will share new features and technology trends of the GraCAD software solution and GrabCAD Print Pro, both 3D printing software. An exhibition zone will be set up on one side of the event hall, where parts and products from domestic and international additive manufacturing cases in aviation, automotive, electronics, fashion, medical, and consumer goods applications introduced in the presentation will be displayed.
