NXP has been certified by global automotive companies for its capabilities in innovation, collaboration, technological differentiation, supply capability, and continuity assurance.

NXP Semiconductors announced on the 22nd that it received awards from three partners in the global automotive sector.

NXP received supplier awards from DENSO and Hyundai Motor Group in recognition of its supply capabilities, consistency, and excellent customer service.

In addition, it received an innovation award from the BMW Group for its vehicle digital key solution.

By winning Denso’s Gold Award for Special Achievements, NXP was recognized for its achievements in ensuring business continuity and maintaining strong customer service levels amidst challenging supply conditions.

Earlier this year, NXP became the first semiconductor supplier to win the prestigious '2022 Global Supplier of the Year' award from Hyundai Motor Group. This award highlights the importance of strong cooperation between semiconductor suppliers and automotive OEMs in terms of supply and supply assurance. NXP also won the BMW Group Supplier Innovation Award in collaboration with Continental Automotive GmbH Regensburg for an innovative vehicle digital key solution utilizing ultra-wideband technology. This digital key allows users to securely unlock a vehicle with a smartphone without a physical car key.
