Rockwell Automation, the world's largest industrial automation and digital transformation specialist, announced that it has been selected as a 2024 'Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

Youth-friendly small giants refer to small and medium-sized enterprises that are excellent in terms of employment retention rate, work-life balance, wages, employment stability, and innovation capabilities, and are worth recommending to young people. A total of 533 companies were selected this year following a rigorous screening process.

Rockwell Automation Korea was recognized as a youth-friendly and excellent company following an evaluation by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, receiving excellent ratings in various sectors, such as providing high-level welfare and benefits preferred by young people and establishing various systems for work-life balance for its employees.

Rockwell Automation Korea provides various welfare systems to create a better working environment. Efforts are being made to support various systems in the work-life balance sector, such as flexible work arrangements, special leave, health checkup subsidies, and child-rearing support, and in the welfare and benefits sector, such as providing rest facilities and welfare spaces, supporting self-development expenses, and providing performance bonuses and stock options.
