OnePredict (CEO Byung-Dong Yoon), a startup specializing in industrial AI-based facility predictive diagnosis solutions, announced on the 14th that it has recently completed the construction of 'GuardiOne Turbo,' an industrial AI-based facility predictive diagnosis solution for large rotating machines such as turbines, compressors, and fans, which are key facilities at GS Caltex's Yeosu Plant, a leader in the domestic oil refining and chemical industries.

With this, GS Caltex has now acquired a 'digital twin' for its facilities, which can detect abnormalities in advance during operation of large rotating machines within the plant, and has the function of providing detailed diagnosis and on-site action plan recommendations based on vibration and operation data.

Through GuardiOne Turbo, production losses due to malfunctions during the operation of major facilities can be reduced, maximizing operational efficiency. This signifies the acceleration of digital innovation in the refining and chemical industries.

GS Caltex introduced OnePredict's 'GuardiOne Turbo' solution, laying the foundation for innovation in the management of rotating equipment, which previously relied on the knowledge and experience of equipment management experts.

OnePredict's GuardiOne Turbo combines expertise in large-scale rotating equipment with AI technology. This allows users to easily obtain objective information about equipment condition by generating real-time diagnostic reports for 15 of the most common defects that can occur in large-scale rotating equipment.

Additionally, users can quickly and easily check the status of major equipment through a digital twin via an intuitive 3D equipment screen, and easily grasp the history of equipment abnormalities at a glance.

It overcomes the difficulties of existing equipment diagnosis and management methods that allowed data to be checked only in designated locations.
