May auto exports hit $6.5 billion, the highest May on record.

Conducting a full investigation into whether vehicles related to Japanese OEM fraudulent certification were imported and sold domestically
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Korea Transportation Safety Authority announced on the 20th that they have conducted a comprehensive investigation into whether vehicle models from five automobile manufacturers (38 models), including Japan's Toyota, which were recently reported in the media regarding fraudulent certification, are being imported and sold domestically.
