SK Specialty, possible sale

It has been revealed that SK is considering selling SK Specialty, the world's number one specialty gas company.SK disclosed details regarding the sale of SK Specialty through a public notice on the 20th.
According to the disclosure, SK is reviewing various strategic plans, including selling its stake in SK Specialty, but no specific decisions have been made as of now.
SK Specialty manufactures special gases such as NF3, WF6, and SiH4 used in the manufacturing of semiconductors and displays.
We succeeded in domestically producing NF3 for the first time and maintain the world's No. 1 production volume and market share of NF3 and WF6.
SK acquired all of OCI’s shares for 481.6 billion won in 2015. If SK Specialty were to be sold, the sales price is expected to reach several trillion won, according to industry sources.
