The Korea Automobile Research Institute (President Seung-sik Na) will join hands with the Georgia Institute of Technology (President Angel Cabrera) to collaborate on future mobility technology.

On the 11th, President Seungsik Na of the Korea Institute of Technology and Associate Director Shreyes Melkote of the Georgia Institute of Technology's Manufacturing Research Institute signed a 'MOU for Future Mobility Technology Cooperation' at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Manufacturing Research Institute in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

The Georgia Institute of Technology is a world-class, research-intensive public university founded in 1885. It is particularly recognized for its competitiveness in the fields of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and electronic engineering.

Through this MOU, Hanjaeyeon and Georgia Tech are expected to continue exchanges and cooperation in various fields as well as technological cooperation in the field of future mobility.

Specifically, the plan is to △exchange technology and education-related materials, △cooperate on joint research projects, and △jointly host conferences and seminars.

President Seungsik Na of Hanjaeyeon said, “We will take the lead in developing and advancing innovative mobility technologies through collaboration with Georgia Tech, a world-class research-oriented university,” adding, “In addition, we will continue to discover and expand practical global joint research projects that meet industrial demands.”
