A research team led by Dr. Kim Dae-ho and Dr. Park Jong-hwan from the Nano Convergence Research Center at the Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI) has developed a breakthrough process technology that enables rapid manufacturing of hard carbon anodes for sodium-ion batteries in just 30 seconds using microwave-induced heating technology, which operates on the same principle as microwave ovens.
