According to Managing Director Kim Sung-min, Supermicro's 'building block solution' is characterized by its modular design, from components inside servers to rack-unit systems and entire data center configurations.

Customers can configure their systems by selecting various components such as CPU, GPU, storage, and network cards according to their needs, just like assembling Lego blocks.

This approach maximizes flexibility and scalability, helping you build infrastructure optimized for rapidly changing AI workloads.

In particular, the 'Rack Scale Solution' provides servers, networks, and power systems in a single lab unit, allowing customers to implement a 'plug and play' environment that can be used immediately by simply connecting a network cable and power supply.

This greatly helps shorten the existing complex installation process and improve operational efficiency.

Additionally, to address the high heat generation issue of AI servers, Supermicro is actively adopting 'DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling)', a forward cooling technology.

Recently, 'DLC 2' was introduced, which expanded the cooling range compared to the existing DLC, and now covers over 98% of the components in the server with liquid cooling.

This can lower the power usage effectiveness (PUE) of the data center to 1.1, reducing power usage and cooling water consumption by 40% each.

Also, for customers who have difficulty introducing a roving server to their existing facilities, we provide a 'sidecar'ar)' solution is provided.

This device helps to use the latest circulating servers without separate piping construction, and can cover up to 200kW.
