The Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) has unveiled innovative technologies that enable domestic companies to proactively identify technology trends and explore new growth opportunities.

ETRI announced on the 27th that it has published the '2025 e-Tech Preview,' which contains 60 promising technologies that will lead future industries.

'2025 e-Tech Preview' features 60 promising technologies selected across a total of 10 fields, including artificial intelligence, semiconductors and displays, next-generation communications, advanced mobility, advanced biotechnology, advanced robotics and manufacturing, and quantum technology. These technologies are projects expected to be completed within the next one to two years and include innovative technologies that will lead paradigm shifts in various industries.

In particular, this preview includes numerous advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence neuromorphic semiconductor technology, multimodal exhalation sensor-based non-invasive lung cancer early diagnosis technology, on-device AI platform technology, and intelligent malicious script analysis technology. Each technology is structured to go beyond a simple conceptual introduction and comprehensively present its excellence, differentiation, business direction, and market outlook to assist in practical corporate decision-making.

ETRI anticipates that this publication will be utilized by various industries for purposes such as reviewing technology transfers, planning new businesses, and linking investments, and plans to continue supporting companies through technology briefings, customized consultations, and investment linkage programs.

This preview was conducted as part of ETRI's performance dissemination system, 'e-STAMP.' e-STAMP is a system that provides integrated support from the R&D stage to commercialization and corporate growth, designed to enable companies to collaborate closely with researchers to achieve rapid commercialization results and market entry.
