Nota (CEO Myung-soo Chae), a company specializing in AI lightweighting and optimization technology, has joined the ranks of NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Samsung, and Intel in key global AI benchmarks.

Nota has been named in the Edge AI category of the '2025 MAD Landscape', which is considered a key benchmark for the global AI industry, for two consecutive years.

MAD Landscape is a representative resource used by global VCs and tech companies to understand the structural changes in the AI and data industries. This year, it emphasized that the trend of AI reorganizing from cloud-centric to device- and hardware-centric has become more evident.

Nota demonstrated its technological competitiveness by being listed in the Edge AI category of this year's MAD Landscape alongside global giants such as NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Samsung, Intel, Apple, and AMD. Among approximately 1,150 companies worldwide, only three Korean companies were selected, demonstrating Nota's rapid expansion of its global presence in the on-device AI field.

Nota's proprietary development platform, NetsPresso®, provides technology to efficiently compress, optimize, and deploy models on a variety of hardware, from AI semiconductors to IoT devices. By reducing model size by up to 90% while maintaining accuracy, we are reducing development and operational costs and significantly accelerating the adoption of AI across various industries.

Nota is strengthening its position across the edge intelligence industry through collaborations with global semiconductor companies such as Samsung Electronics, Qualcomm, Renesas, and Sony. Recently, the company has introduced optimization technology that enables large-scale language models (LLMs) to run even on low-spec devices, broadening the scope of on-device AI applications to device-centric industries such as manufacturing, home appliances, and IoT.

Nota is also participating as an elite team in the government's "National AI Team" project, contributing to the development of its own AI foundation model. This demonstrates that Nota's technological prowess is recognized at the national level.
