Chae Myeong-su, CEO of NOTA, a company specializing in AI model optimization and optimization, was recognized for his contributions to strengthening the competitiveness of the domestic software industry and expanding its global reach with AI model optimization technology.

Nota announced that at the 26th Software Industry Day ceremony held at the Yangjae El Tower in Seoul on the 1st, Nota CEO Chae Myeong-su received the Prime Minister's Award in recognition of his contributions to the development of the domestic software industry.

CEO Chae Myung-soo pioneered the commercialization of AI model optimization technology, significantly increasing the efficiency and economic feasibility of AI utilization. His contributions to strengthening the competitiveness of the domestic software industry and its global expansion were highly praised.

NetsPresso®, an AI model optimization platform independently developed by Nota, is a solution that can efficiently compress, optimize, and distribute AI models in various hardware environments, from AI semiconductors to IoT devices.

It reduces model size by up to 90% while maintaining accuracy and significantly reducing development and operational burden. We are also expanding our collaboration with global semiconductor companies such as Nvidia, Qualcomm, and Sony.

In addition, Nota is expanding the scope of on-device AI utilization by supplying its generative AI-based intelligent video control solution, Nota Vision Agent (NVA), to various industrial sites such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, and retail.

Nota is also actively participating in the national AI transition.

Selected as an elite company for the government-led national AI project, the company is participating in the development of its own AI foundation model, and is also active as a supplier of AI optimization technology in the home appliance and autonomous driving fields in the M.AX Alliance led by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

We are also working with domestic semiconductor companies to implement AI models applicable to various industrial fields, including automobiles and robotics, and to strengthen AI competitiveness based on domestic semiconductors.
