Samsung Electronics is expanding its lineup of Micro RGB TVs, which incorporate the latest display technology, and is targeting the premium market.

Samsung Electronics recently announced that following the first introduction of the 115-inch model in August, it will be releasing a total of six sizes in the 2026 product line, including 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, and 100-inch, expanding the range of consumer choices.

Micro RGB TVs utilize technology that allows them to independently control red, green, and blue (RGB) colors by arranging ultra-fine LED chips smaller than 100㎛ within the screen. Simply put, this allows for more precise color manipulation, allowing for deeper dark areas and more vivid bright areas. This maximizes the "local dimming effect," significantly enhancing contrast.

It also achieved 100% of the BT2020 color accuracy index established by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and received "Micro RGB Precision Color" certification from VDE, a German testing and certification organization. This means that colors can be reproduced almost identically to reality, allowing even novice readers to experience "more natural colors."

Samsung has installed a high-performance NPU (Neural Processing Unit)-based 'Micro RGB AI Engine' here. This engine automatically analyzes low-quality video and upscales it to 4K, while also providing optimal color reproduction for each scene. This means you can enjoy even older videos or low-quality content with greater clarity and vividness.

It also offers the industry's most comprehensive AI experience, powered by a variety of AI service platforms, including Bixby, Perplexity, and Copilot. Beyond simply viewing videos, it also serves as a "Vision AI Companion," understanding and interacting with users' needs.

Samsung Electronics will unveil its Micro RGB TV at its "The First Look" exhibition event at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, USA in January.
