The XL2720Z, used as the official monitor for the Nexon Arena Stadium, is a dedicated gaming monitor featuring a 27-inch panel, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms response time. Compared to standard monitors, it offers less ghosting and smoother screen transitions, enabling more precise control. BenQ set up an XL monitor experience zone at the e-sports tournament league held at Nexon Arena Stadium from 2 p.m. on March 14 to allow users to experience the player monitors firsthand, and also prepared an exhibition space for its new product, the XL2430T. They held a guerrilla event where visitors received item coupons if they took photos with racing model Cha Jung-ah in front of the XL2430T monitor.

Meanwhile, at the same time, BenQ’s XL monitor was selected as the official competition monitor at the IEM World Championship held in Katowice, Poland, showcasing BenQ monitors at major domestic and international e-sports events and demonstrating its status as a renowned gaming monitor manufacturer. The IEM Season 9 World Championship, held from March 12 to 15, was divided into StarCraft 2 and League of Legends divisions, and strong contenders who had advanced through regional qualifiers competed fiercely.
