STMicroelectronics (ST), a global semiconductor company, has been selected as a "Global Best Employer" for the second consecutive year, demonstrating the company's efforts to foster talent-centered management and a competitive work environment.

ST announced on the 21st that it has received the '2026 Top Employer Global' certification from the Top Employers Institute for the second consecutive year.

In this evaluation, ST received high scores for leadership consistency, data-driven HR insights, and human resources management systems that meet global standards.
