At Cisco Live EMEA 2026 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Cisco unveiled a portfolio supporting the adoption of agentic AI, unveiling technologies for expanding AI infrastructure, automating operations, and strengthening security.

On February 11th, Cisco announced new technologies across networking, security, and visibility at its Cisco Live EMEA 2026 conference in Amsterdam, attended by over 21,000 IT professionals.

At the event, Cisco unveiled infrastructure technologies for large-scale AI clusters, highlighting the growing importance of data center network efficiency and stability as AI workloads proliferate. Jeetu Patel, Cisco President and Chief Product Officer (CPO), said on-site, "AI innovation is accelerating faster than ever, and we're providing the core infrastructure our customers need to move quickly while safely and securely adopting AI."

Key technologies include the Silicon One G300 switch silicon, which supports the construction of large-scale AI clusters by increasing network utilization and reducing task completion times through intelligent collective networking. Cisco is applying the N9100 and 8000 series, based on the G300, to various AI network environments.

On the operational side, the company proposed a plan to reduce management complexity across on-premises and cloud data centers through the Nexus One integrated management platform. This aims to improve the operational efficiency of AI infrastructure and enhance return on investment.

Furthermore, through AgenticOps innovations, we integrated telemetry across networking, security, and visibility, enhancing automation and scalability of IT operations. In the security space, we strengthened governance and runtime protection across the entire Agentic AI environment through large-scale updates to AI Defense and advancements in AI-based SASE.

Cisco is also supporting sovereign environments. Through key national service centers in Europe, it operates a technical support system that meets data sovereignty requirements. Through this, it plans to ensure security and reliability during the introduction and operation of AI infrastructure.
