Samsung Electronics has unveiled the 'BESPOKE AI Ice Water Purifier,' combining large-capacity ice making, hygiene management, and AI-based customization features. Amid rising demand for ice during the summer and growing interest in hygiene, this product simultaneously enhances ice-making performance and management capabilities.

Samsung Electronics announced on the 23rd that it has launched the 'BESPOKE AI Ice Water Purifier,' capable of producing up to 8kg of ice per day. The company explained that it can make approximately 1,000 ice cubes per day and store about 100 at a time.

The new product features a 4-stage filter system certified by NSF International, a water purifier and drinking water testing organization approved by the American National Standards Institute. It was stated that it removes a total of 82 types of harmful substances, including microplastics, heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and chromium, and microcystin, including ultra-precision filters.

It is also equipped with an 'AI customized sterilization' function that sterilizes the water supply pipes, ice room, and ice trays using an electrolysis method. The water supply pipes are maintained on a 3-day cycle, while the ice room and ice trays are maintained on a 30-day cycle, and it was explained that 99.9% of major bacteria were removed in tests conducted by the international certification body Intertek. The direct water pipe is made of stainless steel, and it is also equipped with a function that automatically drains residual water when not in use for a long time.

AI-based user customization features have also been enhanced. It supports the voice assistant 'Bixby' and provides water according to pre-set dispensing volumes and modes through 'Voice ID,' which distinguishes the voices of family members. The dispensing volume can be adjusted in 10ml increments within the range of 50 to 1,000ml, and the temperature can be set up to a maximum of 90 degrees in 5-degree increments.

You can save up to 20 frequently used water dispensing conditions, such as coffee brewing and 38 types of ramen recipes. The front screen allows you to check weather information and set a timer, and smart lighting features have been applied to the water and ice dispensers.

The new product will be released in three colors, including Satin Beige, Satin Greige, and Soapstone Charcoal, with a retail price of 2.39 million won. Moon Jong-seung, Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ DA Business Division, said, “This product enhances ice-making performance, hygiene management, and user-customized features,” adding, “We will continue to provide a differentiated user experience.”
