ASUS has launched the new 'Zenbook A16' and 'Zenbook A14' laptops, combining an ultra-lightweight design with AI computing performance. The two products prominently feature durability achieved through the application of proprietary patented materials that reduce weight.

On March 3 in Seoul, ASUS unveiled the ZenBook A series featuring Ceraluminum™. The company explained that Ceraluminum is a material that combines the strength of ceramic with the workability of aluminum, characterized by its simultaneous consideration of lightweight design and surface durability.

The ZenBook A16 features a 16-inch ASUS Lumina OLED display with 3K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, and weighs approximately 1.2kg. Equipped with a 70Wh battery, it offers up to 22 hours of usage. It is powered by the 18-core Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme processor. It supports I/O ports such as HDMI 2.1, USB4, and a microSD card reader, and meets military-grade durability standards.

The Zenbook A14 is a model that emphasizes portability, weighing approximately 990g. It features an ASUS Luminar OLED with WUXGA resolution and supports up to 33 hours of usage with the same 70Wh battery. It is equipped with an 18-core Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. Both products feature the EasyLift hinge design.

This new product is designed as a Copilot+ PC to support on-device AI tasks. ASUS plans to expand its product lineup in the ultra-lightweight market through material differentiation.
Pre-orders for the ZenBook A14 and A16 begin on March 10. They will be available for purchase at the official ASUS online store, as well as on Naver, Gmarket, Auction, and 11st. Detailed product specifications can be found on the official website.
