Kaspersky announced that it achieved the highest number of first-place rankings in global independent security tests throughout 2025. The company participated in a total of 100 tests and reviews combining enterprise and personal security solutions, securing first place in 90 of them. It also recorded a 94% inclusion rate within the top three, demonstrating consistent performance across both enterprise and personal markets.

Kaspersky announced these results in Seoul on April 1. The company's TOP3 indicator is a comprehensive standard based on the number of participations in independent comparative tests and the number of times it ranked within the top three, calculated based on evaluation results from major testing institutions. According to the company, it participated in a cumulative 1,122 independent evaluations from 2013 to 2025 and recorded first place 861 times.

In the enterprise security sector, EDR and endpoint products took center stage. Kaspersky EDR Expert obtained detection validation certification and was evaluated on its performance in identifying sophisticated attack tactics and techniques. The company explained that Kaspersky Endpoint Security demonstrated its responsiveness in enterprise environments by continuing its winning streak in protection performance and usability.

Performance continued in the product line for small and medium-sized enterprises as well. Kaspersky Small Office Security received favorable evaluations in advanced threat response and usability, and won related awards for two consecutive years based on its low false positive rate. This is interpreted as an example demonstrating that the competitiveness of security products in small and medium-sized business environments extends beyond simple blocking functions to include accuracy and operational efficiency.

In the personal product category, Kaspersky Premium achieved results in various areas, including malware response, real-world environment protection, and minimization of false positives, and its fake shopping mall detection capabilities were also recognized. Kaspersky Safe Kids, a parental control solution, was also evaluated for its performance in blocking inappropriate content. This demonstrates that the comparison standards of the security industry are expanding beyond corporate security to encompass the entire everyday digital environment, including online shopping and home protection features.
