Catenoid Introduces KBS Disaster Monitoring Platform at KOBA 2026

Demonstration of RoomX-based CCTV integrated platform, linkage of control, editing, and transmission
Catenoid announced that it will participate as a KBS partner in 'KOBA 2026,' held at COEX in Seoul from May 12 to 15, and exhibit the RoomX-based KBS disaster monitoring CCTV integrated platform.
This platform is designed to integrate and manage CCTV footage distributed across various agencies and regions in a web-based environment. Its key feature is that, in the event of a disaster, the entire process—from CCTV monitoring to video search, editing, and transmission—can be handled within a single platform.
Catenoid completed the upgrade project for the KBS disaster monitoring CCTV integrated platform in March of this year. During the upgrade process, the scale of CCTV integration was expanded, and search methods and video editing functions were improved to enhance usability in emergency situations.
During the exhibition, Catenoid will station technical personnel at the KBS booth to support platform demonstrations and technical inquiries. Kim Hyung-seok, CEO of Catenoid, said, “This exhibition is an opportunity to see how Catenoid’s video technology is utilized in the fields of broadcasting and public disaster monitoring.”
KOBA 2026 is a broadcasting, media, audio, and lighting exhibition co-hosted by E&X Korea and the Korea Association of Broadcast Engineers. Catenoid's KBS disaster monitoring CCTV integrated platform can be viewed at the KBS booth C360 in Hall C of COEX.
