May 14, 2015 – Linear Technology Korea (CEO Hong Sa-kwak) announced the release of two single and dual 4GHz FET input operational amplifiers (product names: LTC6268-10 and LTC6269-10) for high dynamic range and high-speed transimpedance amplifier (TIA) applications. The newly released uncompensated amplifiers extend the speed and dynamic range performance of the very low-bias current operational amplifier family for applications requiring gain of 10 or higher. The input bias current is up to 0.9 pA over a temperature range of –40°C to 85°C and up to only 4 pA over the entire temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
