TeamViewer has added 'Tia Scripting,' an AI-based automation feature, to its enterprise IT management platform, TeamViewer DEX (Digital Employee Experience). When IT personnel input desired tasks in natural language, automation scripts tailored to the organization's environment are instantly generated, enabling them to handle review and deployment without specialized coding knowledge.

TeamViewer announced this on the 21st.

TIA Scripting operates by generating customized scripts that reflect each organization's IT environment and operating conditions, moving away from the way existing automation solutions relied on predefined templates.

The scope of tasks that TIA scripting can automate is extensive.

△Verification of security certificate application status △Checking the operational status of core applications △Detecting and recovering from unauthorized software changes △Handling recurring connection failures caused by network settings △Checking organization-specific compliance requirements can be implemented with customized scripts.

The generated script is safely distributed to a specified device or group.

The company explained that verified scripts can be accumulated and reused within the platform, which can reduce processing time when the same problem occurs repeatedly.

TeamViewer calls this Autonomous Endpoint ManagementIt was presented as part of the management (AEM) strategy.
