Linking SAP Enterprise Solutions with Visa Global Payment Network
SAP Korea and global payment technology company Visa have joined forces. The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at digital transformation and improving B2B payment environments for domestic enterprises, and will advance a collaborative model combining Visa corporate card services with ERP, expense, and procurement solutions.
SAP Korea (CEO Shin Eun-young) announced on the 5th that it has signed an MOU with Visa.
The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Cheol-hong, Head of SAP Korea, Lee Sang-yoon, Executive Vice President of Visa Korea, and other officials from both companies.
The core of this collaboration is to link Visa's global payment network and corporate card products and services when enterprises adopt SAP enterprise solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, SAP Concur, and SAP Ariba.
Domestic companies expanding global operations and enterprises reviewing legacy system replacement are targeted as primary customers.
The two companies decided to jointly identify customers from the sales stage and jointly propose solutions tailored to each company's environment.
During project execution, SAP's dedicated implementation organization and partner ecosystem will participate to manage quality and stability.
In particular, the two companies explained that by integrating travel and expense management based on SAP Concur with Visa corporate card payments, employee expense data can be grasped in real-time, strengthening cost control capabilities.
Kim Cheol-hong, Head of SAP Korea, said, "Today's corporate digital transformation requires innovation across core operational processes including finance, expenses, and procurement, going beyond system implementation." He added, "The combination of SAP's enterprise solution capabilities and Visa's global payment network will provide an integrated innovation experience encompassing business processes and payment environments."
Lee Sang-yoon, Executive Vice President of Visa Korea, stated, "We will continue close cooperation so that enterprises can experience a secure and convenient B2B payment environment and achieve successful business growth."
