Anyfive, a domestic IP integrated management specialist, has completed a corporate merger with Wizdomain and TechDNA and is moving forward with building an AI-based IP and R&D integrated platform. The company plans to establish an end-to-end system from research and development to technology commercialization based on a patent and technology database of 187 million records and its proprietary AI capabilities.

The launch ceremony was attended by approximately 160 key figures from industry, academia, research institutions, and government, including former KAIST President Lee Kwang-hyung.

This integration is a strategic M&A that combines Anyfive's IP and R&D management capabilities built over 23 years with Wizdomain's global patent search and analysis data capabilities and TechDNA's R&D analysis and technology commercialization capabilities.

The core AI technologies secured include △patent valuation assessment △patent classification language model △patent search embedding △LLM (large language model)-based prior art search △GNN (graph neural network)-based patent litigation prediction △technology demand and supply matching △patent translation and 12 technologies in total.

The company plans to shift its service delivery method from the existing on-premise software-focused approach to an AI-based agentic service platform.

The plan is to leverage multi-agent and RAG (retrieval augmented generation) technologies to evolve into a structure that automatically connects data, AI models, and services according to user business objectives.

Existing services including IP-Brain, e-Brain, and FOCUST will be progressively enhanced with AI capabilities, and new services such as AI R&D discovery and analysis, AI electronic research notebook, and global patent intelligence will be expanded sequentially.

Anyfive has set medium to long-term targets of achieving a corporate value of 300 billion won and entering the global IP market by 2030.
