Samsung Electronics unveiled two new premium tablet models equipped with Galaxy AI. As the first Android tablet to include Adobe Photoshop as standard, and applying up to 23-hour battery life and the latest processor, the company has configured a lineup targeting productivity-focused users.

 

Samsung Electronics unveiled the 'Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra' and 'Galaxy Tab S12+' on the 1st.

Both products will launch simultaneously from the 7th in Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, Japan, and other regions.

Domestic pricing is 1,899,700 won to 3,018,400 won for the 'Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra' and 1,549,900 won to 2,069,100 won for the 'Galaxy Tab S12+'.

 

Kim Jeong-hyun, Senior Vice President of Samsung Electronics' MX Business Division, stated "By combining powerful hardware with the latest Galaxy AI, we will enable users to experience optimal productivity."

 

 

The 'Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra' features a 5.1mm-thin body with a 14.6-inch (369.9mm) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display.

With the latest processor applied, Samsung Electronics explained that performance is enhanced by approximately 61% in NPU, approximately 19% in CPU, and approximately 17% in GPU compared to the previous 'Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra'.

The 'Galaxy Tab S12+' features a larger 12.6-inch (320.4mm) screen compared to the previous Tab S10+ (12.4-inch), while maintaining portability by reducing bezels.

The display supports a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits, and the 'Vision Booster' feature is also applied to automatically adjust screen brightness according to the surrounding environment.

The S Pen is included as standard.

 

Both products are equipped with One UI 9 based on Android 17.

Multi-window allows the screen to be divided into up to 3 areas for simultaneous multitasking, and 'Note Assist' enables instant summarization of handwritten notes.

Samsung Browser provides functions to summarize multiple tabs at once or find previously visited webpages.

A 6-month free subscription to Google AI Pro is also provided.

In terms of third-party apps, users receive a 4-month free trial of Adobe Photoshop Mobile Premium, as well as 6 months free for Notability, and free access and discounts on apps including Goodnotes, LumaFusion, Notion, and Clip Studio Paint, totaling approximately 800,000 won in value.

Colors are available in Gray and Silver, with 5G and Wi-Fi models.

Pre-notification applications will be accepted on Samsung.com from the 1st to the 6th, and among customers who apply and purchase, Galaxy Watch Ultra2, Galaxy Watch9, and Galaxy Buds4 Pro will be given through a drawing.

Both models support up to 7 OS upgrades and security updates.
