The new UCC27201A-Q1 high-side/low-side gate driver features short rise and fall times, 15-ns delay, and the tightest 1-ns delay matching for 12-V to 48-V DC/DC power supplies. The UCC27201A-Q1 is the industry's only automotive gate driver to provide negative voltage handling capability on the high-side pin, making the product more noise-resistant. Additionally, it has a built-in 120V bootstrap diode, enabling N-channel MOSFET control, eliminating the need for an external discrete diode.
