Jabra, a communications company boasting a 146-year tradition, has launched the Bluetooth mono earset 'Jabra Steel'. With the release of these 'weed-like' earsets that are easy to use even on the job site, it has become convenient to use even when performing rough work.

True to its name, the Jabra Steel is the most durable product available, making it suitable for harsh environments with strong winds and dust, such as the construction industry. Not only does it eliminate the need to hold the phone in your hand while working, but it also supports Bluetooth connectivity up to a distance of 30 meters. The buttons are designed to be large for easy pressing even while wearing gloves, and three sets of ear gels and two types of ergonomically designed ear hooks ensure a secure fit.

'Jabra Steel' is made of durable materials such as polycarbonate (PC), which has an impact strength of about 150 times that of tempered glass, and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which is lightweight, hard, and highly durable and does not easily deform. With an IP54 water and dust resistance rating, it blocks sweat and rain, and has proven its outstanding durability by passing U.S. military standard weather and shock tests.

Equipped with Power Nap Mode, 10 days of standby time

Excellent call quality in poor environments is another advantage of this product. The Jabra Steel provides clear sound quality by featuring HD Voice, which delivers smooth audio. Dual microphone technology further enhances call quality by reducing background noise, and a dedicated windsock offers excellent wind protection. Equipped with Power Nap Mode to improve battery efficiency, it offers 6 hours of talk and music playback time, along with 10 days of standby time.

The Jabra Steel further enhanced the product's usability with the Jabra Assist app, which is dedicated to mono earsets. In addition to basic product location finding features, it provides a convenient user environment by allowing users to easily issue voice commands to Siri and Google Now, and listen to incoming text messages aloud (Android only).
