MOXA's supply contract with DSTech expires

MOXA, an industrial automation solution provider, announced that its supply contract with DS Tech Co., Ltd. and its sub-distributors, located in Seoul, expired on December 31, 2015.
DS Tech Co., Ltd. has been MOXA's non-exclusive supplier in Korea for over 15 years, providing Korean consumers with a wide range of MOXA products and technical services suitable for industrial automation applications. MOXA expressed gratitude for DS Tech's cooperation and announced that it has decided not to extend the supply contract due to differences in the future business plans of the two companies.
