Wacom has released Sign Pro PDF, an application for digital signature and annotation solutions for various industries, enterprises, and mobile environments, for iOS and Android.

When using Sign Pro PDF in a digital document management environment, users can efficiently handle and authenticate documents without paper. Additionally, security can be further enhanced through biometric data storage features enhanced with Wacom technology.

In traditional analog environments, many processes were required, such as printing documents, signing on paper, scanning documents, and storing documents in digital and analog forms. Now, with Sign Pro PDF for iOS and Android, users can capture signatures digitally, fill out forms, and utilize features such as annotating existing PDF documents without a login process.

In particular, freelancers or small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) can implement a system through sign pro PDF that enables electronic handwritten signatures on PDF documents in an affordable and efficient manner. After signing, the document can be locked and protected using an encryption hash function, preventing forgery and alteration. If robust security features are required, it is ideal to use it in conjunction with Wacom's active stylus, the Bamboo Fineline 2.
