Cisco presented three key solutions to lead a successful digital transformation. Amidst digital disruption taking place across various industries today, digitalization has emerged as a critical factor for generating business performance, and this trend is expected to accelerate further in the future.

Amidst these changes, Cisco proposed 'Customer Experience,' including Virtual Expertise, Mobile Experience, and Intelligent Branch; 'Employee Experience' for workspace productivity and talent acquisition; and the 'Digital Ceiling Framework' to support smart building management, and announced a package of its corresponding solutions for successful corporate digitalization.

Cisco announced packaged solutions spanning virtual expertise, mobile experience, and intelligent branches to provide customers with better digital experiences.

'Virtual expertise' refers to a customer experience solution that allows customers to easily and quickly access expert services when they want a personalized digital experience, ranging from insurance claims to health information. To this end, Cisco proposed 'Cisco Unified Call Manager', 'Cisco Unified Contact Center', and 'Cisco UCS Server'.

In an era where the majority of people use mobile devices, mobile has emerged as an important means for generating corporate profits and building customer intimacy. Cisco’s Connected Mobile Experience and Enterprise Mobility Service Platform can be used as solutions to provide users with individualized and differentiated mobile experiences.

Minimize digital business risks through 'Intelligent Branch'

'Intelligent Branch' proposed the 'Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers and Security Bundle', 'Catalyst 3850 Switch', and 'UCS E-Server' as solutions to minimize digital business risks through stable network operation.

An innovative, digitally-based work environment optimized for collaboration is crucial for securing corporate talent. Furthermore, companies can enhance productivity and reduce costs through innovative workspaces. Enterprises can use Cisco's 'Video Endpoint', 'TelePresence Management Suite', and 'Cisco UCS Server' for digital-based face-to-face collaboration and conferencing.

Cisco's 'Digital Ceiling' framework is a smart, integrated building system that includes various actuators such as lighting, HVAC, and sensors. Through the high connectivity, safety, and convenient management environment among building components provided by the Digital Ceiling framework, enterprises can improve building efficiency and visitor experience while simultaneously reducing costs.

There are currently 15 Cisco partners associated with the Digital Ceiling Framework, and that number continues to grow. These are world-leading companies with extensive expertise across various fields, including lighting, building automation, and independent software vendors (ISVs).

It facilitates interoperability between devices, sensors, and actuators, and helps enable more efficient communication over CoAP, a standard-based Internet of Things protocol. New lighting solutions from leading lighting companies such as Cree and Phillips operate on IP networks.

It provides a switch capable of lighting and building automation on an integrated IP network. It also includes Perpetual Power over Ethernet (PoE), Fast Boot, and Smart Install features, as well as software for sensor integration including motion, lighting, temperature, infrared, and humidity.
