KT announced that starting on the 29th, it will hold a pre-experience event for Samsung Electronics' flagship models, the 'Galaxy S7' and 'Galaxy S7 edge', at 354 S.ZONE stores among its Olleh stores nationwide and at KT Square in Gwanghwamun.

Samsung Electronics’ ‘Galaxy S7’ and ‘Galaxy S7 edge’, unveiled at MWC in Barcelona, Spain, on the morning of the 22nd (local time), are being praised for capturing both design and practicality with dual edges that fit snugly in the hand and a camera and home button with minimized protrusion. In addition, it features enhanced water and dust resistance and SD card memory expansion (up to 200GB), which was not supported in the previous model, and the Dual Pixel camera allows for clearer photos to be taken even in dark places compared to other flagship models.

Unlike its predecessor, the 'Galaxy S7 edge' is released with a larger 5.5-inch screen than the 'Galaxy S7 (5.1-inch)', further highlighting the unique identity of the Galaxy edge. Both models are equipped with fast charging capabilities and 'Samsung Pay', and are scheduled to be released on Friday, March 11.

Two new devices and Gear VR are also on display, allowing visitors to experience the Galaxy 'Eco System'.

KT plans to display the 'Galaxy S7', 'Galaxy S7 edge', and 'Gear VR' together at S.ZONE stores nationwide prior to the device launch, providing customers with the opportunity to experience the unique appeal of the Galaxy through the various features of the new devices and connectivity with peripherals.

The pre-exhibition event will sequentially hold 'pre-experience' events starting on the 29th at 354 S.ZONE stores nationwide and KT Square in Gwanghwamun. At the KT S.ZONE stores where the pre-experience is taking place, 'Galaxy Masters,' who provide expert consultations with Samsung Electronics models, are scheduled to assist customers in trying out the new devices.

KT plans to provide a total of 777 winners with 'Galaxy S7', 'Galaxy S7 edge', Gear S2, and Giftishow through a lottery among customers who visit an S.ZONE store, take a verification photo, and participate in a social media event.
